Warranty Provisions

All boards are tested before shipping.There is a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

All PinLED displays come with lifetime warranty (for USA and Canada only).

This guarantee includes the free replacement or repair of defective parts. Please observe the following rules when applying for warranty service:

1. This guarantee is valid only if the original invoice or copy of sales receipt (indicating the date of purchase, product and customer name) can be presented.

2. The product must be shipped to us at your own cost and properly packed to prevent damage during transportation.

3. The high voltage fuses are to be removed from the Power Supply Board. This will help to prevent accidental damage to the PinLED-Board. PinLED-Displays that are damaged by high voltage ( +100 Volt / - 100 Volt ) will not be covered under warranty!

4. This guarantee will not apply if the serial number on the boards has in any way been altered, removed or made illegible.

5. Breakage or accidental damage or other physical damage will void the warranty.

6. Boards that have been tampered with will not be covered under warranty.
