WPC 95 driver board

Question: I have installed a new PinLED WPC 95 driver board in my pinball machine. After switching on, the row of lamps 1 lights up continuously. The row driver T9 is short-circuited.

Answer: The three plugs J124, J125 and J126 are very close to the lower right fastening screw. The first contact of connector J126 is short-circuited to ground by the mounting bracket underneath.

A plastic washer is included with the circuit board. This is placed between the circuit board and the mounting bracket and ensures that there is enough space to prevent a short circuit.

The three plugs J124, J125 and J126 are too close to the fastening point.

At this point, place the plastic washer between the circuit board and the mounting bracket.
